make sure you are filled the beautify dialog box correctly.
maybe your" home(1)+ beautify.app" is corrupted.replace it by original one .
an alternative solution is to download at codeplex the xsource beautify (give same functionalities)

_beautify=< fullpath > \beautify.prg
and try.if ok compile an app (project shipped with) and use it.
