Microbreweries have really revolutionised beer making. One problem is that as they get successful the big breweries buy them and slowly reduce the quality. These people https://www.brewdog.com/ seem to be trying to avoid that. I think they have refused a few buy out offers (so far). they have one beer Sink the Bismark that comes in at 44% proof (UK).
