Thank you, Al. Yesterday I have made some changes to one of the modules of the application to see if it makes the difference. Now I am monitoring the situation by frequently connecting to the custom server. And I will review the messages you suggested.
In the end, I hope the customer will decide to switch to using SQL Server.
