Thanks, that's what I had found and why I was confused by the Intuit support telling me no I can't do it.

This was their response:

"If you want to check out with QuickBooks Online (QBO) Global (TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO), you may want to visit our global website: global.intuit.com then enter your business location/country/region, to check out for the prices and features offered.

Unfortunately, there are no add-ons or apps that can be integrated with QBO Global (TT). The feature you needed is currently not available in our offerings, but I will submit this request to our Product Development Team. I strongly feel that this is valuable product feedback.

Because this is a new feature request, this will be subject for evaluation, I cannot give you any guarantees that this will be added in a future release but I will add my recommendations to it."
