The only authentication scheme that comes to my mind related to this is "Single Sign On", on which the same usr/pwd is used for various services.

For just asking a password to the user, then you must take the username from the environment, so technically you already know the user of the open Windows session and just ask the user for the password, but this is some strage validation.

I don't know if what you ask for have a name.
