IMO, all the major component vendors (ComponentOne, DevEx, Infragistics, Telreik) each have pros and cons. But my frustration with DevEx began with their licensing process and updating licenses. It simply didn't work. Everytime I renewed a license, it broke all the applications for old licenses and it was a pain in the backside to fix it. I finally gave up and quit using their products.
