I think the press actually could have been harder on Bush.

And yes, this administration got a pass on the IRS issue. Part of the reason is because of Obama's relationship with the media. They created a scenario that portrayed raising the IRS issue as a "phony scandal".

This administration will never be held accountable for what happened with the IRS.
