You may also look at MSDN professional - the price is affordable and on top you get ( for any computer you use for development )
- windows - nice with virtual machines - I got plenty
- sql server

I used to have MSDN premium ( about 1300 EUR/year)
Then they merged premium and ultimate and the price went up to 1800/year
So, I downgraded to professional ( less than 600/year)
