You need Visual Studio Professional with MSDN ( 1199 and 799 renewal)

The 12 month licence is if you buy via Microsoft store
Best go to a local reseller and take the 24 month option - is cheaper

Also the first time it is more expensive, afterwards the price drops ( = renewal)
