Don't use the same name for different classes. It's dangerous

>I have a class My_Class in some classlib (e.g. My_Classes.vcx). But I also have many places in the program where a different class is used under the name 'My_Class' (the same name). So when I GoFish4 for the name 'My_Class' I get tons of references. How can I set GoFish4 to look only for where the class 'My_Class' is used? or another class is based on this class?
