Certainly interesting - but the big question is, what % of the assets seized by law enforcement was legally contested, how much was "returned/overturned", etc.
I also wonder if the huge amount of land that the Obama administration has seized is factored into that (probably not, but worth knowing). Also wonder if federal asset forfeiture is part of this as well.
