Don't think Matt answered this question. Both Thor code and the various settings and things are stored in one folder hierarchy. Choose Thor | More | Open Folder | Tools to open the folder containing tools. Go up one level to the main Thor folder. I'd think you could simply copy that hierarchy to another machine.
