I have friend, who is former FBI agent, his thought is that FBI really don't want to pull the trigger on Hillary Clinton. They're stalling to give her the time/opportunity to come clean.
If so, he thinks the clock is running out for her.

But just speculations....It's hard for me to believe that this DOJ will go after her even if the FBI came back with the bad news.
