No - just a plan text (logfile)

I need to have in my VFP constructed exe an email funcitonality which sends an email to an predefined email-adress from a predefined email-sender with a variable logfile.
Functionality must work under different OS() includind Mac regardsless of Office installed regardless of Email Server which includes Gmail.com.

Should not be rock-science.
