I was convinced Brits would vote to stay. I do not think it is a win for 'xenophobia' or 'racism' (Win for Putin ???) , it looks more like people going against establishment and MS media, being that all the big players were against 'Brexit'. Me think that if Cameron&co supported Brexit, people would vote to stay.
BTW I love your referendum idea! All (NATO) member states should have one!
