Personally I am sorry that the british voice of reason will be either gone or will have less power.
Junkers going on that now the integration process will have to accelerate is exactly the reason EU across the board of countries lost between 10 and 25% of support.
The base idea of the british, to establish an open market and not try to establish european bureocratic hegemony is correct - just look at the problems ECB and € created by being borne ahead of time. Unless you share the idea that the current state of affairs was long range plan of France and Italy - abolishing the harder currencies and establishing government funding via central bank. Which certainly is believed in some circles having to do with banking or economics.
