No records are deleted. Added to the free tables every nowww and then, and then the dbc tables will be updated every noww and then when the data in the free tables is updated. I can't say the likelihood of of both being edited at the same time is impossible, but it is so remote that I wouldn't worry about it.

There are no deletes and no, it doesn't matter who edits. Updates will come in one direction only - from the free tables to the dbc tables.
