Hello.
I have a code written in vb.NET/DeviceApplication.

When I deploy to my Pock PC device I get one of two errors
"The data necessary to complete this operation is not yet available"
or
"Deployment and/or registration failed with error: 0x8973190e. Error writing file '%CSIDL_PROGRAM_FILES%\MC70_Inventory_Gun\MC70 Inventory Gun.exe'. Error 0x80070020: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process"

The very first deployment worked. But the subsequent deployments are having issue.

I disconnected and rebooted, but still having problems deploying
If anyone can help me get over this error, please help.
