We moved back to PA for personal reasons. I work out of my home office 99% of the time, so it didn't matter where we lived, so long as I can get to NYC/Stamford via train.

Except for being able to hop on the Metro Line and be at a jazz club in 45 minutes, I really didn't like living in NY.

We got a good deal on a great house in Springfield. We're very happy - except for the fact that my neck and back are sore from the move!

In retrospect, I got caught up in the notion of living in NY, as opposed to what it would actually be like.
