Well, sorry to disappoint a few people, but I survived.

Had to have root canal. It's a long story, but the granola bar that cracked my tooth this morning saved me from a worse situation.

What was amazing - I experienced zero pain. The dentist didn't even use a needle to numb me. They have some kind of special device that basically shoots the numbing agent into your mouth. They gave me three shots of that, waited 30 minutes, then did the root canal. I didn't feel a thing. Amazing.

And he hates ACA. I asked. :)
