Although I never use RowSourceType = 6 myself, I think I see what's wrong. Your RowSource indicates a specific field, while RowSourceType indicates Fields. Of course VFP is confused, since the two values conflict. A RowSourceType of 6 will require a table name as RowSource, so that the combo can show the available fields.
