sounds like.. but it isn't....

It is very usual... mostly on implementation time... those register movement, that don't has some data params etc...

But, anyway... My point it is not exactly on how deep can be a hole... I just use "forms, forms, forms..." as an example...

I believe... In some cases.. A single form on the top of the other, it is enough to produce mistakes on some user task... And, I never had a single one app. that don't use it...

I've been developing applications in html... And that feature by far, helps a lot the understanding of some tasks sequences...
