Lets see - garbage in one of the memo fields associated with a .VCX converted from VFP5 to VFP6 did it, as did calling GetExitCodeProcess() repeatedly for a non-existant process handle, and the ever-popular trying to launch VFP 5 development from inside a VFP 6 app using ShellExecute(). And there are others I'm sure.
