When doing on site jobs arranging a stretch of time for personal use (nap included) was never the problem - I could balance it by proving that only real emergency calls would happen during other times - even on sites where lunch time was expected to be spent together eating and clearing things touching work areas of several workers.

Hitting heavy bags, furniture. walls, trees and other things is something MUCH easier to do when working remotely - including the needed shower or bath afterwards ;-)
