Fit people tend not to be the smelly ones Marcia. Hows your fitness BTW ?
Obviously, I was much more fit before the total hip replacement ;) Back before the hip became a problem, I was walking between 5 and 10 miles a day 5 days a week on a treadmill at a 10% incline. Now, because of the hip replacement and my spinal problems, I have had to dial it back a notch. Andy and I go to the fitness center 3 days a week. We spend about 40 minutes using the weight equipment and then I walk for at least an hour on the treadmill - but these days 3 and 1/2 miles per hour is my average speed.
