It was failing for a customer with Windows 7. Only after the client support person installed .NET 4.5.2 it worked. From that email
I believe that it is Windows 7, which is installed with .NET 3.5.1. I tested on a Win7 VM by uninstalling .NET 4.5.2 and turning off 3.5.1. Then started adding the 3.5.1 components, but it still didn’t work until I re-installed .NET 4.5. Meanwhile, Win10 comes with .NET 4.6, so I don’t think we’ll run into any issues there.I'll review the documentation, it's been a few months since I added support for Address verification.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
