Is that true with pharmaceuticals?
I opted into the Medicare prescription drug progam because the gross prices were lower than my prices.
As I saw it, if Joe Schlomiel buys a given drug and is not a member of any plan, he pays more than a member of a plan- even if the plan pays no portion.
Am I incorrect?
