It should be in the Advanced Settings...Inbound Rules section of Windows Firewall. Hopefully you gave your new rule a meaningful name when you created it so it's easy to find. If not you can scroll to the right to see the Local Port column and find 8080. You can click on the column header to sort ascending/descending on that column to make your port easier to find.
