I didn't check the Filters before, I'm going to do this now. I know I did have that Filter set long time ago for several categories in the Chatter forum, then after our subscription expired the filters were not applied, so I was seeing everything. May be the filters are now not a subscription feature.

UPDATE. I do indeed have 3 filters for the Chatter Category. I guess I'll keep it this way.
