Highest privileges checked and program is in C drive in a folder named VFP. I am the user on the machine and I have admin rights with full access the folder and VFP 9. I also checked and have full access to cmd. These were good ideas to look at though. I even deleted the task and re-created it to see if something just corrupted it in the upgrade somehow. This has still got me stumped as to why I get an open program instead of an execute of it. I imagine though you guys were on the correct path to it being some kind of security issue that changed from windows 7 to 10 that is stopping it somehow. Any other ideas?
