Easiest woulde be to redo your method of building the list. Instead of:

USE MyTable
SET ORDER TO MyField
COPY TO ARRAY MyArray FIELD MyField

Why not:

SELECT MyField ;
  FROM MyTable ;
    TO ARRAY MyArray ;
 ORDER BY MyField DESC
