Even though I personally believe (i.e. opinion) that she has serious health issues, I don't raise it as an issue because it's only been chatter up to this point.
As for HRC coming clean before she can control the narrative - what's that old line about insanity? Doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result. Anyone who has watched HRC for any period of time knows that she will not "get out in front of" this issue and control the narrative. She'll just rely on the mainstream media to protect her, and to paint anyone who raises a potential question as an anti-woman nutjob. You "have" been paying attention to this pattern, haven't you? :)
