>And the police officer who shot the suspect is black! Is this a racist act? Really?

http://www.cnn.com/2016/08/14/us/milwaukee-violence-police-shooting/index.htmlI'm reserving judgement until more facts come out - but apparently the suspect was armed with a handgun that was stolen in a burglary last March. The gun was recovered along with 23 rounds of ammo.
And also reported/apparently, the suspect fled from a car after being stopped by police, and didn't obey a police order to stop and drop his weapon. No, that doesn't mean the suspect "deserved" any of this. This is a tragedy - and like many tragedies, it's due to one mistake after another, after another, with a decreasing margin for error.
Obviously the rioting and shops being set on fire is ridiculous and totally unacceptable, I'm not trying to pin this on BLM, but I'm waiting to see them come out and denounce the violence and rioting.
