Yikes!

In this case I'm pretty sure it is me as I only just started trying it out yesterday so it would probably be a big coincidence.

I did already experience their "award winning support" yesterday in trying to work out how to upload my database. It wasn't fun :(

>Could also be GoDaddy is still up to their old crappy service where they randomly do server maintenance/updates without telling you and it then causes your site to not work. It then takes weeks to get escalated tech support to get back to you.
