Pretty rare animal I would have thought (probably falls into the category of 'Jack of all trades, master of none' :-}
And, if referring to web development I don't think it's possible to build a good browser front end purely with .NET - you'd need a pretty good knowledge of JS (and a bunch of supporting libraries)
