If you didn't delete it, in your VFP root folder locate a "Visual FoxPro 9.0 Professional - English/Logs" folder. It will contain a "VSMsiLog*.txt" file. Inside that file, locate the string PIDKEY=, which is followed by the product key.

Update: the file installlog.txt also contains the Product Key, following the same string PDIKEY
