The Great thing with Terminal Services is that you can access your session from the outside, so you don't need to be in the office.
But your application must have a very good use of shared tables, because more users means more probability of resource contention, lag and timeouts, and this is not related to TS.

If you user base is rising, then you better start thinking in migrating to another BDD, something client-server like Oracle, MariaDB or the like.
