Not exactly. His voting record is kinda mixed on the subject - and the NRA gave him an F rating last time I looked a few months ago. This has a list of his voting record on the subject and explains why he's voted the way he has.

Yes he has. I really wish it was him instead of Hillary that was up against Trump - the race wouldn't be as close as it is now. I think he did force HRC to move more to the left though.
