That is very unlikely. All but the most activist of judges want to stand by things decided.
For those who want to see Citizens United get hit, the best they can hope for is executive orders. But even then, Obama had executive orders overturned.
I'll personally donate $100 to your favorite charity if Citizens United is overturned or rendered irrelevant in the next 4 years, regardless of what happens in the fall.
