..What I find crazy is that now when a politician is caught lying - they just don't care. Trump any many of the GOP folks that we're aiming to be president would get caught in a bold-face lie, and just not care.
Good example of this behavior was an interview I saw with Newt Gingrich a few weeks ago. He said that the crime rate is up. The interviewer corrected him and said..uhh no it's not. As matter of fact it's down and been going down for a long time. Newt said - welllll it's up in some cities, so the crime rate is up. Interviewer corrected him again and said.....in a few cities it's up, but the crime rate is down. Newt said 'well it doesn't feel like it's down, so people don't think it's down'. Interviewer pointed out to him YET AGAIN that this is incorrect because the crime rate is down. Newt's response was well since people feeel like the crime rate is up, that's what we're going to go with. Facts seem to be less important and lies seem to of become facts if it 'feels' like the truth. geeeze
