Well, in the episode, she went out on a camping/hiking event, so I'm guessing it was just an outhouse :)

If I remember, all six kids in the show had to share a bathroom. Mr. Brady was an architect and designed the house, and only allocated one bathroom for six kids? I guess that makes him the original TV communist. :)
