Recently I watched a documentary of the group Kansas.
They talked about the major bands during the time of Kansas' early years, and how those bands treated Kansas.
Kansas opened for some pretty big acts, such as Aerosmith and Queen.
Those two groups treated Kansas in very different ways. Aerosmith (and in particular, Steve Tyler) acted rudely, and it was obvious they were jealous of Kansas' growing popularity.
Queen, on the other hand, reportedly treated the members of Kansas very nicely and were very supportive of them.
Just another feather in the cap of the legacy of Queen - a great group.
