Serena shouldn't have to face racist comments, but her physique is fair game. Her gift is pretty much unmatched in recent memory; the only woman I can recall who comes close is Amélie Mauresmo, who took her share of comments back in the day.

I wince when I watch Serena play these days. She's clearly not in the same shape she was 10 years ago and with her style of play she's only one lunge away from a catastrophic, career-ending injury. Another of her gifts (and perhaps some talent, as well) is joint strength/injury resistance. I hope she knows when to retire, so the end of her career doesn't end up as some lowlight reel on YouTube.
