In the popup menu, you'll see an option for "Add total", and you can add a total line at the bottom of the report (or the top)

If I have two columns, Row 1 of Column 2 starts a higher position than Row 1 of Column 1 - in some reports.

Not in all reports. I haven't seen any pattern yet.

All my examples contain sensitive data, so unfortunately I can't put them on a public forum.
