Hi,
Is there a way to install a KB from within Windows 7 Prof? I have to install this patch (so that I can install a customer's VPN Client). But when I go to MS web site and select this KB, the computer hangs, looking for all updates on my PC. I thought that maybe there is another way to install this KB.

Update: More specifically on what happens when I say "computer hangs" is:
A window with caption "Windows Update Standalone Installer" say "Searching for updates on this computer ..." but it goes on indefinitely.
