>- Edge browser is far superior than IE and faster and more standards compliant than Chrome

(nods in agreement) Yep. Have had fewer problems with Edge than I've had with Chrome when it comes to compatibility (in the recent past). In the past several years, I've found Chrome to be quite broken (increasingly I've found Chrome not working or breaking) Another annoyance with Chrome is the "piggyback" install of unrelated and unwanted software (similar annoyance with JVM downloaded from java.com -- the consumer site you're typically directed to for downloading the JVM. No such problem if you download the JVM from the developer's area on the Oracle website). As of late, I've noticed a few sites are now telling folks that that their version of Chrome is outdated (and in most of those cases, the user *is* using the most recent version of Chrome), and they are directed use a compliant browser (but they don't mention Edge). In most of those cases, switching to Edge (if they were running Windows 10) worked (and in a few of those cases, IE11 worked as well). On numerous occasions I've been tempted to override the shortcut icons and consider possibility of "reskinning" Edge (to disguise it to look like Chrome), just to appease a few users (who insist on using Chrome despite the problems they keep having with it).
