No *brilliant* ones :-). I guess my next step would be to get a copy of the data from one of the *problem* sites and see if I could recreate it... Have you done that already?

A couple of questions: are the problem sites always the same? Meaning does the report sometimes work at the same site that also has problems? Do all the users at the problems sites have the same trouble (if it's a multi-user app)?
