You can always take a boat - although it takes several days and only comes around about every 3 months. On a plane the trick is don't sleep for 2 days before the flight, get a first class ticket - then start guzzling booze as soon as you get on the plane and pass out and sleep for the 7 hour trip over the water. This plan works quite well as long as you don't have small child in seat behind you screaming the whole trip.
