I realized that (otherwise the quip about tag-attributes would not make any sense...), but the part on the ampersands was in earnest.
Missing to escape some characters is also quite high on my personal manual error score ;-)
Is the error happening on all records (pointing more to structure) or only a few selected ones (pointing to value encoding or similar) ?
