I was on a Southwest Airlines flight once and the guy sitting next to me was so huge it couldn't even fit in the seat without doing that. At one point I got up to use the bathroom and snapped a picture of this (carefully as not to alert him I has taking the picture) - when I got to where I was going I went to southwest counter and raised hell - told them that since I only got 1/2 my seat they should refund me 1/2 the cost of my ticket hahaha - I made such a big deal of it that actually refunded the whole cost of the ticket and gave me a voucher for another free flight.
